6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• z baz reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus on the relevant account will be cancelled.
• Each member may claim each promotional offer only once, unless stated otherwise.

6.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses (total bets minus total winnings). The maximum cashback is 0.5% at Bronze level, 1.0% at Silver level, and 1.5% at Gold level.

Gaming Rules

All games available on z baz are governed by specific rules. Each game has its own payout structure, RTP rate, and other features.

7.1 Casino Games

• The results of all slot games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

8.2 Consequences

If a prohibited activity is detected, z baz reserves the right to close the relevant account, forfeit funds, and notify law enforcement authorities without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Limited Liability

• z baz is not responsible for any faults in third-party game provider software.
• z baz is not responsible for losses caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• z baz is not obligated to provide compensation if service is disrupted due to unexpected technical failures, server downtime, or other force majeure events.
• If a user incurs a financial loss from bets placed at their own discretion, z baz does not accept liability for that loss.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Account Suspension and Closure

z baz may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons.
